We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- For Accessories & Helmets: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For Electric Bikes: The e-bike must be free from any dirt, dust, or damage. The odometer must have less than 10 miles (16 km) recorded. It must be packed in its original box with all included accessories (keys, chargers, tools).
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process & Shipping Costs
To start a return, you must contact us at our customer service email. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, return shipping can be significant.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
