Electric System: Equipped with 400W high speed brushless motor, powered by a removable 48V lithium battery. Two ways to charge the battery:  you can charge the battery directly on the bike, or you can also take the battery out and then charge it. 

Three Modes of Work: Pure electric mode, pedal assist mode and human driving mode. It can reach 30-50km (pure electric mode) to 60-100km (pedal assist mode) under ideal condition.

LCD Display: The display can record your driving status more intuitively, such as current speed, PAS level, trip distance, battery level and so on.

Configuration: 7-Speed transmission system is more durable. Front and rear disc brake is more sensitive, which can effectively reduce the braking distance. Bright headlight ensure a good view at night. The electric bicycle weighs 25kg and has a maximum load of 100KG. 

Services: The bike has been 90% assembled, it will not take you long to install, and assembling tools is along with the bike. Warranty period of the frame and fork is 1 year;  Battery, controller and charger is 6 months. If you have any other problems, please contact us at any time.

* The European Union(EU) countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Usually, e-bikes cannot be shipped to Cyprus and Malta due to the large battery capacity.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jaronoon.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
